How to Use: Apply daily to clean, dry lashes and brows. Using the angled micro-brush, gently coat lashes and brows from root to tip, following the direction of hair growth. Allow the serum to absorb fully before applying additional eye products. The formula can also be used as a conditioning primer before mascara application.
